I am now FINISHED with (both!) law degrees and am at total liberty to live la vie en rose during my remaining 14 days in Paris! So far, that has involved a lot of time wandering through the beautiful parks and reading in the sunshine. Here are some of the best shots of April in Paris:
Notre Dame's cherry blossoms
View of Notre Dame & the Musée d'Orsay
Square du Vert-Galant, on the western tip of Ile de la Cité
Jardin des Tuileries
the Louvre and the eastern end of the Jardin des Tuileries
the Louvre
cherry blossoms and the Eiffel Tower in the Jardin des Tuileries
the biggest pond in the Jardin des Tuileries - with a view of the Arc de Triomphe past Place de la Concorde
the Louvre, and a very shapely statue, in the Jardin des Tuileries
beautiful blossoms in the park below Saint-Jacques' tower
look at that light! (still under the Saint-Jacques tower)
right bank book sellers and Notre Dame
view of the Louvre and Pont des Arts from the western tip of Ile de la Cité
cherry blossoms in the Parc Montsouris near my apartment
